John Gosselin
John focuses on Elder Crisis Law (SM), asset protection related to MassHealth qualification, and trustee and other fiduciary services. While in law school, he clerked for the Hon. Martha Sosman before she was appointed to the Supreme Judicial Court. John served for many years as a Public Administrator for Middlesex County. With over 25 years in Elder Law practice, John brings the experience needed to guide clients through all aspects of estate planning, trust administration and elder law matters.
John is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, and is fluent in French. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
Darwin Aussie, Canine Counselor
Darwin Aussie is an AKC registered Red Tricolor Australian Shepherd. Darwin works hard to be an aide to clients in difficult situations by providing a calm and gentle presence. Darwin assists Attorney Gosselin in both office and in-home consultations. If you would rather not include Darwin in your meeting please just let us know, he will understand. And, Darwin’s salary is paid in kind words and ear scratches.
